I've wanted to build a garage/shop for over 30 years! Jerry helped make that dream finally come true. When I heard he had built over 2,000 garages in Butte County, I was curious at what made him so successful.
I soon found out. He knows the County, the planners, the permitting process, the rules and regulations, the inspectors, the laws, the engineers, and great subcontractors!
His reliability, honesty, and promptness in building, coupled with all the above, made the building of my wonderful garage/shop basically very smooth and seamless.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Jerry Mitchell's Construction Company. The first oppportunity to work with Jerry and his crew was back in 2004. I approached another homeowner in the neighborhood who was having some construction work completed. I was in the market for contracting with someone to build a garage to replace a faulty outdated version of a garage. The homeowner shared Jerry Mitchell's contact information and the rest is history. I found Mr. Mitchell to be prompt to respond to my inquiries, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Mr. Mitchell took the "scary" out of signing building contracts. He provided licensing information and welcomed our "trivial" questions without making us feel uncomfortable. He listened to our vision of building dreams and welcomed our input before it went to the architect for designing. Our plans came back to spec. To date my wife and I are extremely happy with our 24'x32' garage. This experience was so easy and comfortable we saved and 2 years later called Jerry and his crew back to build an expansion to our home.
With the addition of our growing family so did the need to have more living space. We were so pleased with the experience with Jerry Mitchell we did it again. We contacted Jerry to build a 31'x18' addition/expansion to our home. Although this job was no "piece of cake" to design with a low pitch line roof, Jerry and his design team pulled it off and left yet another happy customer. We had some bumps along the way but Mr. Mitchell was knowledgeable and flexible enough to keep things on schedule and within budget. He explained the process upfront and then as needed throughout both of our projects.
I am so happy with the work, living space and parking space that Mr. Mitchell and his team have completed for us that I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends. As a matter of fact, I have and they too had a good experience. We are grateful to Mr. Mitchell and his team. Thank You.
